لرجال سلاح الحدود في سبيل ضبط أي من الجرائم المنصوص عليها في هذا النظام ولوائحه التنفيذية استعمال القوة إلى حد استعمال السلاح وفقا لما تقضي به المادتان (6 ، 7) من نظام قوات الأمن الداخلي.
