البند السابع: غرامة التأخير

في حال تأخر المورّد عن التسليم، يلتزم بدفع غرامة قدرها ٥٪ من قيمة العقد عن كل يوم تأخير دون حدٍّ أقصى، على ألا يتجاوز مجموع الغرامة ١٠٪ من قيمة العقد.

البند التاسع: السداد

تُحتسب فائدة بنسبة ٢٪ شهرياً على أي مبالغ متأخرة السداد.يحق للمورّد المطالبة بالتعويض عن الضرر الفعلي الناشئ عن التأخر في السداد.

البند الثاني عشر: البيانات

يحق للمورّد نقل بيانات موظفي المشتري إلى مزوّدي خدمات خارج المملكة وفق الضوابط النظامية لنقل البيانات الشخصية.

البند الخامس عشر: اللغة

حُرّر هذا العقد باللغتين العربية والإنجليزية، ويُعتدّ بالنص العربي عند الاختلاف.

Document privacy in Word

  • When you run a review, the add-in sends the whole document, so we mask its personal data on our servers before it reaches the AI.
  • The task pane shows a badge such as "4 items masked before sending"; hover it to see the types masked.
  • If the second check suspects leftover personal data, nothing is sent; we show you the items so you can edit or confirm.
  • Names are restored into the findings and suggested edits on our servers before they reach you.

For now the add-in is installed from a file (sideloaded); a Microsoft AppSource listing is coming soon.
