Billing questions
Do I need a card to start the trial?
No. The free trial is capped by usage (15 questions and 3 reviews), not by time, and needs no card.
What are the founding-offer terms?
50% off your first 12 months on Solo and Firm, on monthly or annual billing, for the first 50 subscribers only, in exchange for a 20-minute feedback call: Solo is 149.5 SAR/month (or 119.5 SAR/month billed annually) and Firm is 274.5 SAR/seat/month (or 224.5 SAR/seat/month billed annually). On annual billing the discount covers the first annual invoice. After 12 months the standard price applies unless you cancel.
Which payment methods do you accept?
Visa and Mastercard cards via Stripe's secure checkout. Annual Firm and Enterprise subscriptions can also be paid by bank transfer against a formal invoice.
How is VAT handled?
Invoices are issued from outside the Kingdom, and VAT-registered Saudi businesses self-account under the reverse-charge mechanism. The invoice states the tax treatment.
What happens when I hit my usage limit?
We warn you at 80% of the limit. Once it's reached, you can upgrade instantly or wait for the next billing period.
Can I change plans or seat count?
Yes, from the billing page at any time; differences are prorated.
How do you protect my clients' data?
On our servers we automatically mask national ID and Iqama numbers, CR numbers, IBANs, phone numbers and emails, and a model running on our servers detects names. We then check the masked text a second time and don't send anything if we suspect personal data is left. You see a badge with how many items were masked and of which types, and names are restored into the answer on our servers so only members of your firm see them.
Are statements of claim compatible with Najiz?
Statements of claim follow the Najiz structure — parties, facts, statutory grounds and requests — so you can paste each section into its field. Hujah is not integrated with Najiz and does not file on your behalf.
