تزود الجهة المرخَّص لها الجهة المرخِّصة، خلال (خمسة عشر) يوماً من تاريخ انتهاء حملة جمع التبرعات، بكشف حساب بنكي، وتقرير مالي مفصل موضحة فيه التبرعات العينية والنقدية المتحصلة.
