المادة (17)

الجزاءات التي يُمكِن توقيعُها على موظفي المساجد هي:

أ - الإنذار.

ب - اللوم.

جـ - حسم المكافأة بما لا يتجاوز استحقاق ثلاثة أشهُر.

د - الفصل.
