١/١٥٩:
إذا حددت الدائرة موعدا للنطق بالحكم ثم ظهر لها ما يقتضي تقديم الجلسة أو تأخيرها فلها ذلك مع تبليغ الخصوم به حسب إجراءات التبليغ، وتدوين ذلك في الضبط.
