المادة التاسعة والخمسون: رأس مال الشركة:

يجب ألا يقلّ رأس مال شركة المساهمة المصدر عن (خمسمائة ألف) ريال، ويجب ألا يقلّ المدفوع منه عند التأسيس عن (الربع).
