على كل جهة تصدر تراخيص لممارسة أي نشاط اقتصادي متابعة المنشآت التي رخصت لها، وإبلاغ الوزارة بما يظهر لها من اشتباه في وقوع جرائم أو مخالفات منصوص عليها في النظام.
